Represented all known descendants of Presidential assassin John Wilkes Booth and two researchers in an effort to exhume his alleged remains for scientific testing to prove or disprove the theory that Booth might have escaped capture in 1865.
A 1995 four day trial before the Circuit Court for the City of Baltimore, Maryland resulted in a denial of the exhumation request.
