Represented FBI whistleblower in two Freedom of Information/Privacy Act and Constitutional challenges pertaining to her termination amidst revelations of 9/11 related cover-up. The FBI obtained dismissal of the termination challenge based on invocation of the State Secrets Privilege, and the FOI/PA lawsuit resulted in the favorable release of a FBI Office of Inspector General report concerning her allegations.
