Represented a former Los Alamos scientist in a 2001 First Amendment challenge to the U.S. Government’s refusal to allow publication of even a single page of his book detailing his visits to Chinese nuclear weapons facilities and testing sites. The litigation resulted in the declassification of approximately 95% of the book.
The case was featured in a front page Washington Post article in May 2001.
